In trading on Monday, oil & gas exploration & production shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 5.4%.  Helping drag down the group were shares of Miller Energy Resources (MILL), down about 22.2% and shares of Goodrich Petroleum (GDP) off about 21.3% on the day.
